Thus, Ronaldo reached his fourth goal in the current edition of the Saudi Cup, during three matches he played in the tournament, while he reached goal No. 38 this season in all competitions, in 39 matches.

From the beginning, the course of the match was marked by early pressure from Al-Nasr, to score the first goal against Al-Khaleej, and snatch a pass to the next round of the competition. Ronaldo succeeded in opening the scoring by taking advantage of a pass from Ayman Yahya (17). Then Al-Nasr won a penalty kick, which was successfully converted by Mane (37).

Gulf Portuguese coach Pedro Emmanuel brought in the duo Abdul-Ilah Hawsawi and Fawaz Al-Taris, instead of Fabio Martinez and Mansour Hamzi at the beginning of the second half.

However, Ayman Yahya succeeded again in setting up the second goal for Ronaldo and the third for Al-Nasr Club against Al-Khaleej Club (57).

For its part, Al-Khaleej was able to reduce the difference in the 82nd minute through Fawaz Al-Taris by scoring a goal past Al-Nasr goalkeeper David Ospina.

With this victory, Al-Nasr sets a date with Al-Hilal after the latter’s victory over Al-Ittihad 2-1 last Tuesday.

Al-Nasr hopes to reconcile its fans by winning the cup to exit the season with a title at the very least, while Al-Hilal seeks to continue its achievements and keep its local record clean without loss.

The final match will be held on May 31 on the grounds of King Abdullah Sports City, “The Radiant Jewel.”

It is noteworthy that Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr met in the King’s Cup final, in five previous editions. Al-Hilal won the title on 3 occasions, and Al-Nasr was crowned on two occasions.
